For most of my life, limits didn’t exist.
My young adult days were spent growing up on a remote island in the Bahamas, tagging sharks and turtles, traveling the world internationally, living in boarding schools at 8 years old in Europe, engaging in life or death wilderness survival programs, and even moving to China at 16 years old alone as a teenager for several years.
That is until...
A shallow-diving accident left me a C6 quadriplegic paralyzed from the chest down and a full-time wheelchair user.
Determined not only to survive, but to thrive...
I spent 7 years living in hospitals enduring multiple life-altering diagnoses, including moving back to China for life-saving spinal surgery.
After battling despair, I learned to embrace my paralysis as a catalyst for transformation.
Now, I understand my purpose is to empower others to keep moving forward, through physical and psychological barriers – both personally and professionally.
Also known as the "Energizer Bunny on Wheels 2.0" and the "Quirky Quad"...
…my story serves as a testament to the power of resilience and the boundless potential that lies within each of us.
By changing your mindset,
you can break free of your comfort zone.
I engage and empower audiences to transform visible challenges into unlimited opportunities through applying practical insights and tools to navigate life's uncertainties.
No matter your personal, professional or family circumstances, identifying how to embrace adversity to find your success within is a superpower each of us possesses.

Comments and feedback were overwhelmingly and enthusiastically positive. She quite frankly was the highlight of our conference day.
